Delivery Info

Delivery times are delayed due to staffing issues at Royal Mail coupled with the fact that most shoppers are ordering online now, and Christmas period being their busiest time of year..  Please bear this in mind when ordering, and order early to avoid disappointment.

Cards, mugs and face masks are made to order, so I aim to send these out the next working day (please take into account the weekend)

Everything is sent 2nd class.  There are a few reasons for this.  I used to offer a 1st class service, however, when Royal Mail delay the post, my customers would come down on me so hard :( which is really difficult as I work on my own, and even though I get your orders out as fast as I can, I'm not like Amazon Prime, it's in the hands of the Royal Mail. If you need something to arrive sooner, please email me with your order number and I'll pop a 1st class on it free of charge - but please note that it can still get delayed .
I frank most of my mail, or send signed for through RM, so when your order arrives, please look at the postage date on the envelope, and that will give you an idea how long it's been with Royal Mail before it arrives with you.
Please be nice when chasing an order, I'm only human, the same as you.  Asking me "Where is my fucking order????" will get you the most honest answer which is "I don't know". Unless there is tracking (which there wont be on smaller value orders) there is no way of me knowing exactly when an order will be delivered or where it is.  Say you sold and posted out an item on Ebay for example, and your buyer is messaging asking where their order is and when will it be delivered, what can you tell them? Nothing, so please understand, this is exactly what position I'm in. ....But, I've put a Crystal Ball I can lodge firmly up my arse on my Christmas list for Santa, fingers crossed I've been a good girl!

International orders can take up to 14 working days in normal circumstances.  Personally, I'd advise you not to order if you'd like something to arrive this side of Christmas 2020.  Pop me an email though, and I'll see if I can help.
